In the UK, many tax benefits are not provided automatically by HMRC and must be claimed by taxpayers.

Why should I use you?
We are required to provide the highest level of service and are fully regulated..
We are a member firm of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and registered as tax agents with HMRC. We are also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
We comply with HMRC’s Standards for Agents and ICAEW’s Code of Ethics at all times as well as Data Protection Regulations.
How much can I claim?
The amount of tax refund you may be entitled to depends on your personal circumstances and the type of relief/allowance being claimed. Typically each tax relief has its own eligibility criteria and the amount you can claim is usually dependent on your level of income and the rate of tax you are subject to. When do I receive my refund?
Once we have received your completed forms, we submit your claim to HMRC within 48 hours. It typically takes HMRC between 3 and 10 weeks to process your claim, however this timescale can vary depending on HMRC’s workload.
How much do you charge?
Our fee is £199 plus vat per year claimed.
Are you affiliated with HMRC?
No. We are registered as tax agents with HMRC meaning we can assist UK taxpayers to claim back tax refunds. However HMRC does not endorse tax agents and we are not affiliated in any way. You can also make a claim directly with HMRC yourself without using a tax agent.
Why do I need to provide ID?
As with all accountants and tax advisors, we are required to verify your identity in order to comply with Money Laundering Regulations. This also helps to ensure that nobody else is submitting a claim with your details. Identity checks are carried out electronically and are quick and easy to complete.
Is my information secure?
Yes, all your information is securely encrypted and we only collect information that is needed to provide our service. Our privacy notice sets out the information we collect, how we use it and how we keep it secure as well as your rights over the personal information we hold for you.
